In 1986, together with Aurrerá, Bodega Aurrerá, Superama, Vips and El Portón, Grupo Cifra was created. The first branch was opened on Octoin Taxqueña, south of Mexico City, in which its concept was born as a department store for clothing, footwear and accessories for the whole family.
